This warranty provided by the manufacturer does not adversely affect the statutory rights of the purchaser against the seller and gives remedies in addition to those against the seller under the contract of sale. Claims by the purchaser, in particular for a defect on a realistic imitation firearm (hereinafter refer to as “RIF”), against the selling Combat And Milsim Ops Ltd (hereinafter refer to as “CAMO”) distributor remain unaffected by the warranty.

*Please kindly note, that the statutory warranty of the original device or its original parts is revoked by upgrading any part of the device and/or opening of the device or removing a seal. 

Combat And Milsim Ops Ltd – CAMOcustom (hereinafter refer to as “CAMOcustom”) and its successors in title, warrants for upgraded internal part(s) and work carried by Combat And Milsim Ops Ltd – CAMOcustom:

1. Lifetime warranty for the registered owner

1.1. Duration of the warranty, dependence on registered owner

CAMOcustom undertakes that each upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried on RIF supplied thereon by CAMOcustom will be free from defect in material or workmanship according to the state of the art under normal use and service for an unlimited time period. 

     1. lifetime warranty for the first time registered RIF which had upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried out by CAMOcustom after fulfilling the obligation set in                the paragraphs hereinafter;

     2. lifetime warranty for the second and the following registration of the RIF which had upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried out by                                                            CAMOcustom, after mandatory annual reactivation check(s) and fulfilling the obligation set in the paragraphs hereinafter.

The warranty starts with the date of the first registration.

1.2. Coverage of the lifetime warranty

The warranty applies to free of charge repair of the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried on RIF by CAMOcustom, i.e. CAMOcustom’s obligations under this warranty being limited to repairing or replacing the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried on parts by CAMOcustom. The repair or replacement of defective upgraded part(s) under this undertaking will be carried out by CAMOcustom to whom, the RIF with upgraded internal part(s) and/or RIF on which the work will be carried, is returned. 

Replaced part(s) become the property of CAMOcustom and will be disposed of by CAMOcustom.

Lifetime warranty cover is dependent upon confirmation that the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried out on RIF has been serviced in accordance with CAMOcustom’s recommended servicing schedules and that the annual reactivation checks have been carried out. The confirmation is in the form of the service book which is to be shipped together with the RIF to which it is linked.

CAMOcustom reserves the right to appoint its own technician to inspect the RIF prior to any repair, upgrade or replacement of part(s) covered. 

CAMOcustom at its discretion may elect to agree with the registered owner a value for the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried out on RIF in case the part(s) and/or labour cost of the repair exceeds the economic value of the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried on RIF, or in case the part(s) are no longer available and/or replacement of parts installed prior to CAMOcustom upgrade service.

1.3. Covered components of the lifetime warranty

Lifetime warranty is valid only for the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried out on RIF by CAMOcustom. 

The warranty does not extend to the fixing of consequential damage caused by the covered upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried by CAMOcustom mentioned above. 

1.4. The lifetime warranty limitation

You are not entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the lifetime warranty, if:

 Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
 Any faults arising from misuse.
 Debris entered the RIF and it stopped working.
 You lost it, it was stolen, or you don’t have it anymore.
 Anybody tempers with applied gearbox seals and other protective elements.
 Any battery other than  8.4V NiMH or 7.4V LiPo has been used.
Any faults or damage arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BBs.
Any upgrade, repair or maintenance service carried out by anyone but CAMOcustoms. 

The lifetime warranty does not include:

 A mosfet which comes with original 2 years manufacturer’s warranty.

 A Hop Up rubber (bucking) and nub.

 Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair, further upgrade or maintenance service and return postage cost from us to you.

1.5. Customer duties to retain warranty

The lifetime warranty is dependent on an annual reactivation check of the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried out on RIF by CAMOcustom who will reactivate and validate the warranty extension for another year, starting from the 12 month period from registration or anniversary of registration. Reactivation and validation of the warranty is required annually. This can only be carried out by CAMOcustom. 

Annual reactivation and validation of the lifetime warranty cover is also dependent upon the confirmation that the upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried on RIF has been serviced in accordance with the CAMOcustom recommended servicing schedules. CAMOcustom may request details of this service history at any time during the warranty period by providing the service book. The service book will itemise the work carried out, and any part(s) upgraded or replaced, where possible accompanied by the serial number or any other identification. The service book has to be sent with the RIF for the annual reactivation and validation service.

1.6. Further details of repair

To CAMOcustom, quality is key.  We, therefore, only use approved and high-quality part(s) and components in our equipment, irrespective of whether the product(s) are new or repaired.

A repair always consists of the following parameters:

 Diagnosing the product
 Repairing the product
 Testing and checking the product according to its specifications
 Performing a calibration and adjustments
 Upkeep of a product, documenting all tests and failures in a dedicated service book
 Issuing of a reactivation and validation of the lifetime warranty cover where applicable

1.7. A defective upgraded internal part(s) or upgraded RIF

The upgraded internal part(s) and/or RIF on which the work was carried may encounter issues. 

Do not open the RIF, temper with the seal, upgrade or attempt to repair the RIF on your own. This may result in the loss of the lifetime warranty.

What to do when experiencing issues?

When noticing any of the following:

 Does not shoot;
 Loss of power above 20 FPS;
 Experiencing feeding issues;
 Experiencing any abnormal issues;

When do I return a defective upgraded internal part(s) or upgraded RIF? 

Unless notified otherwise, you are responsible for returning the defective RIF with upgraded internal parts and/or RIF on which the work was carried within 10 days of contacting of CAMOcustom or CAMO.

Failure to return a defective RIF 

Failure to return a defective RIF with upgraded internal parts and/or RIF on which the work was carried within 10 days may result in implications as described in your warranty service contract.

1.8. Return an incorrect device under lifetime warranty

When you make your lifetime warranty claim for a replacement or repair, make sure that the device (RIF) which is the subject of the warranty claim is sent to us in accordance to requirements set above. If we receive any other device, you will not be entitled to receive a replacement or repair under the lifetime warranty.

In the event that you send the incorrect device, other than the RIF with upgraded internal part(s) and/or RIF on which the work was carried as part of a warranty claim, we will contact you using the contact details that you provided in the warranty claim. You will have the option for us to arrange for return shipment of the device to you at your cost through our courier partner. You may be required to sign for receipt of this shipment, and CAMOcustom or CAMO will not be held responsible if the device is lost or is damaged during shipment. If we are not able to reach you, we will lodge the device for 90 days after our first attempt to contact you.

1.9. Data protection

The reactivation and validation of the lifetime warranty requires CAMOcustom to maintain personal data of the registered owner. Combat And Milsim Ops Ltd, its affiliated or associated companies, retailers and companies working on behalf of Combat And Milsim Ops Ltd, will never sell your information on. We would like to use your information to keep you informed about upgraded internal part(s) and/or work carried by CAMOcustom and improve our service.
