If you do, the ordering procedure is the same as if the goods were already in our stock. We will dispatch the products as soon as we will get them from the UK Customs which may take approx. 2-4 weeks from the time of the bulk order made by CAMO – 1st day of each month (For example, you can make a pre-order of your gear on the 21st, we will order it from our suppliers along with other pre-orders made that month on the 1st next month). It is not possible to mix ”Pre-Order” and ”Add to Cart” products that are already in stock in one transaction. The goods on Pre-Order need to be paid for in separate payment. You will be notified by e-mail when your order will be shipped or ready for collection from the local Collect Point. Pre-Order is boundary therefore, we require a full payment up front. Canceleation fee of Pre-Order items is 5% of the cost of items that were Pre-Ordered.
We do ship to your desired address but to sign for he package can only an adult on that address not just the named customer. Your order will be processed within 48 hour from receiving a confirmation of payment, this time is necessary for checking of proper functionality of your ordered products (e.g. fps and gear check) and packaging. If some special service is included in the order, this time may be prolonged depends on the service. We do provide a UPS collection of your parcel for a fee however, a few things are required. The package has to be properly packed so the goods doesnt get damaged in the transit, dimensions and weight of the package has to be same as reported to us prior collection booking, you need to ask the driver for a proof of the pick up in the unlikely event that package is lost.

All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.
When returning an item always enclose a copy of an invoice, your name and contact information, including address, telephone number or e-mail. Please, include also a short description of why you are returning the goods. When returning goods Please, always contact us before returning anything.
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com and let us know your problem. If applicable, a replacement product will be dispatched to you. However, please be aware that we will replace your item only after the originally purchased goods are returned with the original invoice and are checked and confirmed to be faulty by our technicians.
We will not refund any products that has been damaged by neglegence, carelessness or misuse.
You can return any item for any reason whatsoever, even if you have just changed your mind, within 14 days of receipt of the order. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Returned item must be “as new”, which means un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging, missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB’s (if applicable) and the original invoice.
All refunds will be reduced by the cost of the refund 1£ (package material) from the original price of the order. We will not re-fund original postage costs of the order. You are also responsible for return postage costs. For Pre-Ordered items, cancelation fee is 5% from the cost of Pre-Ordered items.
We cannot accept returns on any custom work, including painted guns, unless the gun itself is faulty, in which case warranty procedure is applied.

If a product proves faulty within 6 months for AEG (using battery of no higher voltage than 7.4V LiPo Battery) and 3 months for GBB (using no stronger PSI gas than 144A gas) from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. After sending us the product (on your expense), we will identify the problem and resolve it according to the terms of guarantee. Please be aware that repair parts used are not always from original manufacturer, we use equivalent alternatives and this is done at our discretion. All valid repairs are free of charge of the postage costs when sending back to you and for both, parts and labour subject to the following conditions:
Conditions of the Warranty
Original invoice will be required as a proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.
The warranty does not include any of the following:
-Faults arising from the use of ”too strong” battery or gas.
-Postage (transportation) costs when transporting the item back to us for repair.
-Breakages as a result of accidental or negligent damage.
-Required routine maintenance.
-Faults arising from misuse and from any repairs not previously carried out by CAMOraids team.
-Upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by CAMOraids technicians.
-Faults arising from the use of poor quality BBs (e.g. 0.12g BBs, etc.)
-GBB product which is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with anything other than 144A Gas.
-If the product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by our technicians).
